Position & Objectives

As a Technical Lead, the main objective is to deliver high quality software independently or with a team (design, code, tests, documentation) and accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Test drive and implement complex features with quality in a timely manner.
• Review team’s code and suggest improvements.
• Efficiently refactor existing code to improve quality.
• Collaborate with Architects to review and propose architectural design changes and ensure team implements them with quality.
• Interact constructively with Business Analysts to estimate complexity, select appropriate technical solutions to meet user requirements, and reach optimal deliverables.
• Interact constructively with other IT teams.

Experience

• 9 to 12 years of experience developing end‑to‑end web applications using Microsoft stack.
• Strong working knowledge of .NET technologies.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Good understanding of UML, OOP and OOD principles.
• Experience with at least one SOA project.
• Experience designing and working with n‑tier architecture.
• Uncompromising attitude towards quality.
• Experience with TDD, BDD, and UML.
• Experience in Agile (preferably Scrum) methodology.
• Ability to provide technical recommendations and solve problems.
• Quick learner.

Technology Skills

• .NET, C#, MVC, WCF, REST, WebAPI, nUnit/MsUnit, EF.
• JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Angular 2+, Jasmine, HTML5, CSS3.
• MS SQL Databases, PowerShell.
• Experience with ESB or MSMQ is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks, UI testing framework, WPF.
