Job summary

Risk Resources in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Lead Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and Fircosoft sanctions screening solutions. You will design and build scalable backend systems for banking compliance, integrate Fircosoft products, and develop REST APIs and CI/CD pipelines.

You will work with Oracle/PostgreSQL databases, Docker and Kubernetes, and frontend components using Angular or React, while following Agile methodologies in

• Proven hands-on experience with Java development and Spring Boot.

• Strong background in AML/sanctions screening and banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build REST APIs and Microservices for financial compliance applications.
• Develop and support high-volume transaction processing systems.
• Work on Fircosoft products including Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, and Firco Compliance Link.
• Configure and support sanctions screening, watchlist filtering, and payment screening workflows.
• Optimize screening rules, matching logic, and false-positive reduction.
• Integrate Fircosoft with banking and payment platforms.
• Develop frontend components using Angular or React.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer with strong expertise in Fircosoft Sanctions Screening solutions to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java development, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Fircosoft products, along with exposure to AML, sanctions screening, and payment filtering solutions in the banking domain.
