TransUnion busca un Lead Developer, Applications Development para liderar soluciones backend empresariales basadas en C# y .NET. Participarás en el diseño, desarrollo, pruebas y despliegue de API REST y servicios que manejen grandes volúmenes de datos, con foco en rendimiento y escalabilidad.

El candidato ideal tiene experiencia en entornos Agile, revisión de código, pruebas automatizadas y mentoring de equipos. Este puesto es híbrido en Pune, con presencia en oficina varias veces a la semana.

Qualifications

• 5+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software backend enterprise.
• Experiencia en C# y .NET, diseño de APIs REST y servicios.
• Conocimientos en bases de datos SQL y optimización de rendimiento.
• Experiencia en pipelines CI/CD y control de versiones con Git.

Responsibilities

• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones backend empresariales en C# y .NET.

Drive improvements in software quality through automated testing, code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Participate in architecture discussions and make recommendations regarding application design, performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex production issues, minimizing business impact and improving system reliability. Mentor junior and mid-level developers by sharing technical knowledge, promoting engineering best practices, and supporting professional development. Contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and release activities within an Agile Scrum environment. Develop and maintain REST-based APIs and integrations with internal and external systems to support business workflows and customer solutions.
