Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Designer - Content Design to drive user-centered content across projects in a hybrid setup at Gurugram. You will lead content design from concept through delivery, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to gather requirements and ensure clarity and consistency.

You will establish guidelines, review outputs, and evolve content strategies to meet business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio in content design, UX writing, and experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content design for digital products and brands.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear content guidelines.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with content design standards and governance.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content strategy and UX writing.
• Knowledge of design systems and UI/UX best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee content design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring outputs are engaging, clear, and user-centered.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, align on goals, and incorporate feedback.
• Apply and maintain content design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across deliverables.
• Conduct reviews of content outputs, providing constructive feedback to improve quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Develop content strategies at the project level, aligning designs with user needs and business objectives.
• Produce content design assets when needed, supporting timely delivery and maintaining high creative quality.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content design approaches.
