Job summary

SBS is seeking a Design Analyst - User Experience (UX) to advance product design across enterprise applications. You will lead UX work with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver user-centered, scalable designs using a mature design system.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong communication, and aligning design deliverables with product release goals. Hybrid work in Noida supports flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• You are a strong UX practitioner, with expertise on Figma.
• You've designed for world-class enterprise applications before—preferably in the financial services space.
• You have strong experience in stakeholder management, esp. working with engineers and product managers to deliver efficiently.
• You have experience designing and delivering complex products.
• You have experience balancing creative / analytical design goals and making product and design trade-offs.
• You have an ability to thrive and effectively communicate with multiple senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• You have worked with design systems and their use in a product delivery environment.
• You can balance short term and medium term goals with design tradeoffs.
• You have a design-related degree or ability to show how other degree relates to this role.
• You are fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve product design practices and deliverables for products
• Implement design guidelines to meet overall Design standards.
• Work in a highly collaborative fashion with other designers, product managers, product marketing, product owners, and other key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are aligned with product release scope
• Ensure the team sets a high-quality bar for their work while establishing the trade off with meeting delivery timescale.
• Contribute to complex layers e.g. patterns and templates of our mature atomic design system while remaining brand aligned and consistent, and ensuring we can deliver at pace.
• Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with key stakeholders in design, product management, marketing, engineering
• Build a longer term vision for SBS products and their interconnections, maintaining a strategic approach to design

The position requires a strong expertise on User Experience(UX) design for enterprise applications, utilising UX best practices, Design System, requirement comprehension and an understanding of User Interface(UI) to build great products. You will work closely with a team of Product Managers, Technical Architects, Product Designers and Front-end Developers focused on delivering world-class user-centered experiences. While collaborating with key engineering and business partners, you will define and drive exceptional design deliverables across products and initiatives.
