Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment.
• Mentor and guide a team of data scientists, promoting best practices in model development, deployment, and analytics.
• Define the technical roadmap and drive innovation in ML strategies and advanced analytics.
• Build scalable machine learning solutions using advanced techniques for structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align data science initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure model performance, monitoring, and scalability in production environments.

Required Expertise

• Experience: 7+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning roles.
• Technical Expertise: Strong skills in machine learning, statistics, and algorithms.
• Programming: Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PySpark etc.
