NITS Solutions, Inc. is seeking a strategic Lead Data Insights to drive the data vision and enable data-driven decision-making across business functions in India.

You will lead analytics, develop insight-driven strategies, and partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable solutions. Ideal candidates combine strong analytics with business acumen, consulting mindset, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a data analytics, statistics, CS, engineering, economics, mathematics, business analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Insights, or Data Consulting, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of influencing business and leadership decisions through data-driven insights.
• Strong expertise in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for analytics and data modelling.
• Experience with data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and advanced analytics techniques.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, predictive analysis, and AI/ML-driven solutions.

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Data Insights team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Allocate resources and prioritize analytics projects based on business impact.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and governance standards.
• Work with data engineering to improve data infrastructure.
• Promote data security, compliance, and governance.
• Evaluate and implement modern analysis tools, AI-driven insights, and automation.
• Drive analytics maturity across the organization.
• Champion predictive analytics, machine learning, and BI capabilities.

Required Qualifications
