Genpact is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to drive data technology initiatives and lead a team responsible for building scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. You will ensure data quality, security, and performance across complex data platforms.

The role requires experience with IDMC/CDI and one of C360/V360/R360, plus proficiency in Databricks and Oracle databases. Hybrid work arrangement in India is supported.
