Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to steer a team of data engineers in delivering scalable Big Data solutions. You will design, build and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes while ensuring data quality, integrity and security across all systems.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide mentorship to junior team members. Stay current with trends and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in analytics, CS, statistics or data science.
• Certifications in data management, Databricks, Azure Data Engineer or Oracle.
• Experience with Big Data, ETL, data quality and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data engineers to develop Big Data solutions.
• Design scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems.
