Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Data Engineer in a hybrid India-based role to design, build, and optimize data ingestion and storage pipelines. You will collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver clean, usable datasets while ensuring data quality and governance across complex data ecosystems.

The position emphasizes hands-on development of ETL processes, data lake/warehouse loading, and evaluating new technologies to drive scalable analytics at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience with IDMC or CDI is required.
• Experience on either C360/V360/R360 platforms.
• Familiarity with data ingestion, ETL, data lake/warehouse concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data ingestion processes.
• Design and optimize data storage and retrieval solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL processes to transform and load data into data lake/warehouse.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver relevant datasets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in the data pipelines.
• Research and evaluate new data technologies and tools for continuous improvement.
