Job summary

Serosoft in Indore is seeking a data analytics leader to drive end-to-end analytics initiatives, translating business requirements into actionable insights and KPIs through close collaboration with product, business, and leadership teams.

You will design and maintain dashboards and models, ensure data accuracy and governance, mentor junior analysts, and work with large, complex datasets to support growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and data querying techniques.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.
• Experience in defining KPIs, metrics, and analytical frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring analytics teams.
