Job summary

Gartner India Research & Advisory Services Private Limited is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive the evolution of content analytics, building scalable metrics, dashboards and automation that translate data into business impact.

You will partner with analytics, IT and data engineering teams to design robust methodologies, pipelines, and interactive dashboards, delivering actionable insights for senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI and SQL for dashboard and reporting solution development.
• Experience with Python and/or R for analytics and automation.
• Strong foundation in statistics, business acumen, and designing metrics and methodologies.
• Experience building data pipelines and automating analytics workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and analytics partners.
• Project management and process improvement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.

• Continuous improvement: Support and enable improvement initiatives related to IPA deliverables and operational processes.

About the Role

Data Analytics Lead About the Role: We are seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive the evolution of content analytics, shaping how we measure, communicate, and maximize the business impact of our insights. This role will focus on developing and operationalizing advanced metrics, scalable data solutions, and automated reporting frameworks that enable actionable project-level and content-level performance analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in analytics, IT and data engineering to design and implement robust methodologies, integrated dashboards, and automation strategies. Your work will ensure our analytics align with business priorities, support strategic decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need
