Qualifications

• 具备与业务客户直接沟通、设计IT解决方案并记录用例的能力。
• 对数据治理、数据质量以及数据架构有深入理解并能落地实施。
• 对Stibo STEP Trailblazer及MDM/PIM系统有实操经验，善于跨系统集成。

Product Information Capabilities team is seeking a Lead Developer/ Architect STIBO, that will play the critical role of linking business objectives to core technological capabilities. This role will drive organized and effective requirements to build and enhance the STIBO solution. They will be responsible for partnering with the business analysts to collect the requirements from business, establishing processes, and coordinating the work with our technical development team. This team member will be responsible for the overall STIBO solution which will consist of designing, development, support, and upgrades. Individuals should be able to grow and inspire the team's technical skills and keep up with the technological paradigm shift.### ### **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:*** ### Collaborate with internal teams / Solution Architects to produce software design and architecture.* ### Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise* ### Advises project managers & analysts on Development impacts/strategies.* ### Learn & work on POC's of trending technology along with Application / Solution Architects* ### Be part of third-party Product / Tools Evaluation team* ### More strategic conversation, a resource for managers/directors to translate technical discussions.* ### Advises on best data practices within applications and projects.* ### A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways* ### Builds and connects complex systems and architectures* ### Expand the technical leadership in the General Mills Data Management organization, including Product MDM and Digital Product Publishing (PIM)* ### Expand our Stibo MDM and PIM solutions including the architectural design, integration to SAP and non-SAP systems.* ### Willing to utilize/experiment new technologies on projects, able to efficiently find applicable uses.* ### Builds data architecture/models* ### Adjusts/rearchitects as product matures* ### Build enterprise level solutions, connecting multiple feature sets & components, identifies opportunities for integration points.* ### Work with a cross-functional team including analyst, PMs, and business stakeholders in business value driven projects* ### Identify and form Talent teams to work of POC's* ### Work with Solution Managers and Leadership team to identify areas of Automation* ### Works on problems of diverse scopes where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors* ### Learning and enhancing new skills* ### Coaching, Mentoring and On-boarding younger developers* ### Process improvements project/team level* ### Lead in different initiatives (Knowledge sharing, Reading Groups, Dev Forums, etc.)* ### Collaborate with other team to utilize new features of platform technologies### ### **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*** ### Education – Full-time graduation from an accredited university* ### Bachelor’s Degree* ### Preferred Major Area of Study: Computer Science* ### Minimum years of related experience required: 10+ years* ### Preferred years of related experience: 10-15 years* ### Some experience leading / working with teams in an agile setting as an analyst* ### Experience working as an Tech lead or Architect on large technology implementation project* ### Excellent problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution* ### Ability to research, plan, organize, lead, and implement new processes or technology* ### Strong communication skills with ability to present complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story* ### Able to articulate business requirements and bridge the gap with development teams and stakeholders.* ### Experience with change management* ### Experience working with Vendors### ### **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:* ### Hands on Experience configuring and enhancing Stibo Step Trailblazer version 11 and above* ### Hands on Experience integrating Stibo platform with upstream and downstream systems through IIEP, OIEP and Gateway endpoints (REST API)* ### Experience working with Java web services, including SOAP and restful with preferably a strong hands-on experience in SQL.* ### Strong experience writing Java script for STIBO STEP Workflow and Web UI customizations.* ### Working experience in Oracle database* ### Experience with Product Information Management Systems (PIM/MDM)* ### Experience developing XSLT stylesheets.* ### Experience leading / working with teams in an agile setting as an analyst.* ### Experience working as Stibo developer/Analyst as a Technology lead on large technology implementation project.* ### Experience working directly with business clients to design an IT solution that meets business requirements, including articulating the pros and cons of various technologies, platforms and architectural options, and documenting use cases, solutions, and recommendations.* ### Excellent problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution.* ### Ability to research, plan, organize, lead, and implement new processes or technology.* ### Strong communication skills with ability to present complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story.* ### Able to articulate business requirements and bridge the gap with development teams and stakeholders.* ### Experience with change management.* ### Agile/Digital Experience* ### Expert task/sprint estimation* ### Creates and manages Product Feature Roadmap and aligns with technology direction (new standards, architectures, obsolescence)* ### Helps drive the agile journey for the team in terms of team velocity, self-organization, effective retrospective conversations.* ### undefined* ### **Good to have skills**Experience on cloud related technologies (GCP / Azure)Comfortable in ambiguityDrives productive discourseAgile experienceSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsData quality and data governance experience.undefined
