Proven ability to deliver end-to-end, stakeholder-focused automation solutions from requirements through deployment and support**Technical Skills:*** Hands-on experience building and supporting Microsoft Power Automate flows (cloud flows, connectors, approvals, error handling).* Hands-on experience with Power Apps (canvas apps; model-driven apps a plus).* Awareness of agentic AI concepts — prompt engineering, AI agent lifecycle, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG, MCP); and interest in applying them to automation solutions.* Hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks or building / integrating AI agents.* Basic programming knowledge (Python/JavaScript) to support AI agent tooling and API integrations.* Strong working knowledge of SharePoint Online — site design, lists/libraries, permissions, and workflow integration.* General understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem (Dataverse, environments, DLP policies, governance basics).* Ability to gather requirements from business users and translate them into functional and technical designs.* Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for production support of automated workflows.* Clear written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder collaboration.* Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations.
