Individual taking up the role would help drive modernization, development, implementation, and maintenance of Asset Management solutions built on IBM Maximo 7.6 and Maximo Application Suite (MAS), ensuring solutions are sustainable and aligned with General Mills’ engineering and support standards. This role is estimated to be 70% analyst / support work and 30% development / technical work.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES*** Maximo/MAS Application Ownership & Support - Provide end-to-end ownership of IBM Maximo 7.6 and Maximo Application Suite (MAS), ensuring application stability, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and seamless user experience.* Asset Management Solution Delivery - Configure, support, and enhance Maximo/MAS capabilities across asset management processes, including assets, locations, work orders, inventory, storerooms, service requests, incidents, and maintenance operations.* Application Development & Automation - Design, develop, and maintain application enhancements, automation scripts, workflows, escalations, and business rules using Maximo configuration tools, Python/Jython, and JavaScript to improve efficiency and compliance.* Integrations & Enterprise Connectivity - Build, support, and troubleshoot integrations between Maximo/MAS and enterprise platforms using MIF, REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON/XML, SAP integrations, and other connected systems.* Implementation, Upgrades & Technical Delivery - Participate in MAS implementation, migration, upgrade, testing, release management, cutover, and stabilization activities, ensuring successful solution deployment and adoption.* Incident Resolution & Continuous Improvement - Lead technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem management while driving system reliability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.* Business Partnership & Knowledge Enablement - Collaborate with business, D&T, vendors, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, support the digital asset management roadmap, and promote documentation, training, and knowledge sharing across teams.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**Core and technical expertise requirement* 6-10 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Maintenance Management solutions within manufacturing or plant operations environments.* Hands-on expertise in IBM Maximo 7.6 and Maximo Application Suite (MAS), covering Asset Management, Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, and BIRT Reporting.* Strong experience in Maximo configuration, customization, application development, and solution enhancement.* Proven experience in MAS implementation, upgrades, migrations, and deployments.* Proficiency in Maximo Automation Scripting (Python / Jython) and working knowledge of JavaScript.* Strong knowledge of Maximo workflows, escalations, actions, launch points, and business object framework.* Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and enterprise integrations with SAP/ERP and related platforms.* Strong capabilities in testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and support of complex application and integration solutions.* Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required. A master’s or other advanced degree is preferred* Experience with Agile techniques, tools and methods* Add-on to have ITIL Project management experience
