Job summary

Kerv Digital seeks a Lead Software Engineer for MS Power Platform/Dynamics CRM in Bangalore. The role requires 8+ years of experience and entails 3 days in the office weekly with occasional out‑of‑hours work to support customers.

You will lead complex Dynamics 365/Power Platform initiatives and collaborate with a global multi‑discipline team. You'll drive architectural decisions, mentor developers, and engage with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, leveraging AI, Power Apps, Dataverse,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience implementing and customising Dynamics 365 CE / Microsoft Power Apps solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Strong experience with Copilot Studio, including building and integrating AI-powered agents and conversational experiences.
• Strong C# / .NET development skills, including Dataverse/Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflow activities and integrations.
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML and CSS development skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) and developing reusable custom controls.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse data/entity architecture, FetchXML and SQL.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, solutions, Git, source control and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform CLI (PAC) for solution development, packaging, validation and deployment.
• Experience developing complex integrations using REST/OData APIs and JSON.
• Experience with Azure.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers and working effectively within distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Building custom Dynamics CRM solutions, principally via CRMOL and including extensive presentation of bespoke business processes.
• Understanding and implementing solutions architected using service oriented, distributed, micro‑service and other patterns appropriate to identified requirements.
• Building complimentary solutions that integrate with CRM back-ends, such as customer portals and integrations with other systems.
• Working closely and effectively within a multi‑developer team.
• Reviewing documentation, designs and implemented solutions alike to ensure proposed approaches are implementable.
