Job summary

Kyndryl seeks a Lead Dynamics 365 Solution Architect & Squad Lead in India to own end-to-end architecture, design, and governance of enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. You will lead multidisciplinary squads, set standards, and ensure secure, scalable implementations across upgrade, modernization, and application management initiatives.

You will drive architectural decisions, risk management, and continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders and delivery

Your Role

As a Lead Dynamics 365 Solution Architect & Squad Lead, you will own the end‑to‑end architecture, technical design, delivery governance, and operational success of enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. You will lead multidisciplinary delivery squads, define scalable and secure architecture standards, provide technical leadership across development and integration teams, and ensure successful delivery across implementation, enhancement, modernization, and application management engagements.

What Will You Do

• Lead the end‑to‑end architecture, design, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and enterprise integration solutions.
• Translate business, functional, data, integration, security, and operational requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable technical solutions.
• Design solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Lead multidisciplinary Agile squads comprising architects, developers, functional consultants, integration specialists, testers, and support teams.
• Define architecture standards, reusable patterns, security frameworks, ALM practices, development governance, and quality assurance processes.
• Architect and govern enterprise integrations using Dynamics 365 APIs, Dataverse APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and REST services.
• Oversee data architecture, migration, modernization, release management, DevOps, environment strategy, and production support governance.
• Act as the primary technical authority for stakeholders, driving architecture decisions, risk management, technical reviews, modernization initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• 10–15 years of experience, including significant experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions in Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or Squad Lead capacities.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform architecture.
• Strong hands‑on development experience with C#, .NET, Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web Resources, and Dynamics 365 extensibility frameworks.
• Proven experience designing enterprise integrations using Dynamics 365 Web API, Dataverse APIs, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Azure integration technologies.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 security architecture, including Business Units, Security Roles, Teams, Hierarchy Security, Record Sharing, and Field‑Level Security.
• Experience leading enterprise‑scale data migration, transformation, cleansing, deduplication, reconciliation, and data modernization initiatives.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, Power Platform Pipelines, Managed Solutions, Environment Management, Release Management, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Proven leadership experience managing Agile delivery squads, conducting architecture reviews, mentoring technical teams, driving technical governance, and engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Field Service, Omnichannel for Customer Service, Customer Service Workspace, or Contact Center solutions.
• Experience developing Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls, Power Pages solutions, and Microsoft Copilot Studio implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Key Vault, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identities, and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with enterprise migration and administration tools such as SSIS, KingswaySoft, XrmToolBox, Plugin Registration Tool, Ribbon Workbench, and Configuration Migration Tool.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Solutions Architecture, or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert are highly desirable.
