Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day contract administration across projects.
• Provide claim support and flag risks early.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely documentation and support in dispute resolution across sites.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) or similar credentials

Job Purpose:

The Lead – Contract Administration supports the strategic and operational activities of the contract management function across NMDPL’s urban redevelopment and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for day-to-day contract administration, claim support, risk flagging, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. The position ensures timely documentation, assists in dispute resolution processes, and promotes contractual discipline across project sites.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Certifications such as Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) or similar credentials.

Work Experience (Range of years):

15+ years

Preferred Industry:

• Experience in contract administration within the construction, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.
• Exposure to large-scale EPC contracts, government contracts, or PPP projects preferred.
• Working knowledge of contract management tools and reporting systems.
