Eaton Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a strategic Quality/Operational Excellence leader in Pune to drive long-term improvement initiatives aligned with business strategy. You will develop multi-year roadmaps and champion a culture of continuous improvement across Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.

Role demands strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and expertise in Lean Six Sigma and automation, including Power BI and Power Apps, to enable AI-enabled solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; Masters preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Green Belt advantageous.

• Coaches project teams on best practices, methodologies, and improvement tools.
• Maintains deep understanding of industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. Masters degree is preferred. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required. Project Management, Change Management, and Quality Auditor certifications are preffered.

Advanced Lean and Six Sigma; DMAIC; PDCA; A3; Kaizen; VSM; process capability; SPC; MSA; FMEA; 8D; CAPA; risk analysis; KPI design; benefit validation; project and portfolio governance; data analysis and visualization; QMS and ISO 9001 principles; digital workflow and automation awareness.

Quality domain knowledge

Working knowledge of quality systems, audits, corrective action, process compliance, defect reduction, customer and supplier quality interfaces, APQP/PPAP concepts, and management review mechanisms.

Digital and analytical capability

Able to frame analytical questions, assess data quality, develop actionable insights, and partner on Power BI, Power Apps, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
