Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking a Lead Consultant for SAP PP QM in Bengaluru to lead SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules across S/4HANA/ECC. 8-10 years’ experience, with at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects and rollout experience, plus FIORI knowledge.

The role requires deep PP/QM domain knowledge, integration with MM, SD, CO and PS, master data setup, test scripting, UAT support, and strong communication to train business users and work both independently and

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of SAP PP and QM experience.
• 2 end-to-end S/4HANA/ECC implementation projects completed independently.
• Experience in rollout projects is a must.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA and FIORI is required.
• PP knowledge: Sales & operation planning, demand management, REM, batch management, serial numbers.
• QM knowledge: quality in sales, procurement & production, quality certificates, quality notifications.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement PP/QM modules in SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
• Create and execute test scripts; prepare configuration docs and presentations.
• Train the business core team and support UAT.
• Work independently or with a team; ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, CO and PS.

Experience in Roll outs projects is must Knowledge in S/4HANA and FIORI is must Knowledge in the Production planning related to - Sales and operation planning, Demand management, Repetitive (REM), Process industry, Discrete manufacturing, (make to order, make to stock, rework /reprocess, batch management, serial number management) Knowledge in the Quality management related to - Quality in sales, Procurement & Production, Quality certificates, quality notifications, quality control Also integration knowledge in Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Finance, Costing / controlling. Integration with third party applications, RICEFW's Master data knowledge in both PP and QM Hands on in Variant Configuration of PP Cross module knowledge with MM, SD, CO and PS. Able to set up all PPQM master data and create and execute test scripts. Must have configuration and design experience in the PPQM modules. Go through Business process master list and run the tests. Testing, Prepare test scripts, configuration docs and presentations. Train the Business core team. Support business users in performing UAT successfully. Work independently or with a team.
