Job summary

Keste is seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant to guide clients through all phases of Oracle Cloud Financials implementation, delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment.

The role requires deep expertise across multiple Oracle Cloud Financial modules, with at least three end-to-end implementations and the ability to lead workshops, CRPs, and testing. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades
• CPA certification or an equivalent is a plus
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions

Responsibilities

• Consults with clients to provide cost effective solutions using Oracle Financials Applications
• Collaborates with project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Clouds solutions
• Refines customer requirements in detail and presents them for client approval
• Identifies and applies creative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles
• Analyzes current systems and data to identify new requirements and enhancements
• Develops unit test scripts and coordinates User Acceptance Testing with the client
• Works with Oracle to resolve service requests
• Leads phases of system life cycle: requirements workshops, analysis, design, configuration, CRP and UAT, Go-Live prep, post-production support

The Oracle Cloud Financial Consultant will focus on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of Oracle Cloud Financials implementation.The Functional Consultant is expected to have expertise in multiple Oracle Cloud Financial modules.The successful candidate will have completed three or more end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud Financials. This individual will identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles.

Responsibilities:

• Using in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Financials Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost effective solutions to client business scenarios.
• Works collaboratively with project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Clouds solutions.
• Refine customer requirements in detail, document and present to the client for approval
• Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.
• Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary
• Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions
• Work with Oracle to resolve service requests
• Lead and direct the following phases of system life cycle:
• Gather business requirements through business process workshops,
• Analysis, design, configure and development solutions for Oracle Financial applications,
• Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing,
• Go-Live preparation and cut-over support,
• Post-production support

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades
• CPA certification or an equivalent is a plus
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions
• Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements
• Wide range of accounting experiences such as Chart of accounts redesign, proven financial
• reporting experience and MultiOrg / Mutli Currency experience
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Prior experience leading or managing projects
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
• High commitment to exceed performance expectations
• Ability to write functional specification based on user requirements
• Senior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations
• Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Even though this is an individual contributor role, ability to coach / mentor the team is expected.
