Job summary

SHI is seeking a QA Automation Engineer in Hyderabad to develop and maintain automated testing for Dynamics 365 CE and related applications. The role focuses on building regression, smoke, and end-to-end test suites, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust releases.

You will define QA standards, test coverage targets, and best practices, while collaborating with analysts, developers, and product owners in an Agile setup. Certification in D365 or Power Platform is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience implementing automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an automated testing framework for D365 CE and related applications.

• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release planning activities.
• Provide quality metrics, risk assessments, and testing status updates.
