Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Cloud / DevOps Architect!
In this role, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform for product development purposes. You will leverage your extensive experience to drive innovation, optimize processes, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and staying abreast of industry trends to continuously improve our infrastructure and practices.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and CI/CD frameworks across products
Define DevOps strategy, tooling standards, and automation principles in alignment with business goals
Oversee governance and compliance initiatives related to security, observability, and change management
Mentor and guide senior engineers, DevOps leads, and platform teams across global locations
Collaborate with architecture and product leadership to align DevOps roadmaps with application needs
Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to continuously improve platform performance
Drive initiatives to improve infrastructure cost optimization, reliability, and resiliency
Own documentation, KPIs, and dashboards that measure DevOps effectiveness across function

Minimum Qualifications
Relevant number of years of experience in DevOps, cloud platforms, and infrastructure architecture
Proven leadership in designing and scaling Azure-based development and automation ecosystems
Deep expertise in CI/CD tooling, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible), and platform observability
Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS) and microservices security patterns
Hands‑on experience integrating DevOps with compliance, security, and monitoring frameworks
Advanced scripting and development skills across languages and automation stacks
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Master’s degree in computer science or engineering‑related field
Microsoft Certified Azure Architect or similar advanced cloud certifications
Experience leading DevOps strategy in enterprise or multi‑tenant SaaS environments
Familiarity with platform engineering, site reliability engineering, and FinOps practices
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capabilities and high accountability
