Job summary

Genpact in Pune, India is seeking a Tech Lead - Application Development Microsoft N to guide a skilled team delivering Microsoft technology solutions including .NET, Azure, SQL Server and SharePoint.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical specs, mentor developers, conduct code reviews and ensure performance and quality across projects while staying current with Microsoft ecosystem trends and delivering on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related engineering/IT field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and architecture.
• Experience leading development teams and delivering complex Microsoft-based solutions.
• Proficiency in English and communication with stakeholders.
