Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a senior SAP FI/CO Architect to oversee FICO design, implementation, and enhancements across global ERP environments. You will coordinate with business users and development teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality and compliance. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential.

The role requires deep SAP FI/CO experience, including RICEF, interfaces, and integration with external systems, across a multinational footprint.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience with SAP FI and CO configuration, Design, RICEF and testing.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Finance, or related discipline.
• 10 years' experience within a global ERP Systems, global Finance, Accounting, or Finance Systems environment or IT.
• Experience working on Bank interfaces.
• Experience working on other external interfaces with Vendors.
• Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner.
• Project or Enhancement work 10 years with SAP FI and CO.
• Experience as an SAP FI Solution Architect
• Experience working on a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.
• Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.
• Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited oversight.
• Experience overseeing and leading others work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects, SAP FICO Design and work oversight for the SAP FICO Enhancement team and Projects. Ensure delivery of the Projects on time and on budget.
• Providing the general direction duties of coordinating, directing, and checking the work of other business systems analysts and the support teams.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams; bridging requirements and solutions, assessing levels of customer satisfaction, and confirming expectations.
• Act as the liaison with the project EBS Capability Leads and the project team members providing updates, overseeing designs, and seeking approval on work.
• Design and develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, leveraging multiple business requirements and gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements.
• Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.
• Coordinate collaboration between the business users, Lead Users, Support teams and the Project teams.
• Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.

• Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
• UC4, Azure Dev Ops and Service Now tools are an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
