Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Lead SAP FICO Business Process Analyst to lead the business analysis, capture and validate requirements, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will oversee SAP FICO design, coordinate with project teams, and drive upgrades and integrations in a global ERP environment. Strong leadership and deep SAP FI/CO expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 12 years of SAP FI/CO configuration, design, RICEF and testing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, or related discipline.
• 12 years’ experience within a global ERP Systems, global Finance, Accounting, or Finance Systems environment or IT.
• Experience working on Bank interfaces.
• Experience working on other external interfaces with Vendors. Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner.
• Project or Enhancement work 10 years with SAP FI and CO.
• Experience as an SAP FI Solution Architect
• Experience working on a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.
• Proven ability to understand business needs, build strategic partnerships, and document and implement software solutions.
• Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited oversight.
• Experience overseeing and leading others work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects, SAP FICO Design and work oversight for the SAP FICO Enhancement team and Projects. Ensure delivery of the Projects on time and on budget.
• Providing the general direction duties of coordinating, directing, and checking the work of other business systems analysts and the support teams.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams; bridging requirements and solutions, assessing levels of customer satisfaction, and confirming expectations.
• Act as the liaison with the project EBS Capability Leads and the project team members providing updates, overseeing designs, and seeking approval on work.
• Design and develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, leveraging multiple business requirements and gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and use an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancements.
• Develop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations.
• Coordinate collaboration between the business users, Lead Users, Support teams and the Project teams.
• Provide guidance and analysis on system upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.
