Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a Lead Business Finance to partner with business leaders and drive financial planning, performance management, reporting, and strategic decision-making for a fast-growing global mid-size organization in Gurugram.

Strong preference for candidates with Consulting, Analytics, Professional Services, Research, or other knowledge-driven backgrounds. MBA/CA qualified candidates with 8–12 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) or CA or equivalent qualification.
• 8–12 years of experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Experience in Consulting, Analytics, Professional Services or Research is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
