Deutsche Bank AG in Bangalore seeks a Lead Business Analyst to drive functional delivery of software for Post Trade Technology. You will liaise between business users and technology teams, translate requirements into user stories, and guide junior members.

Manage QA and end-to-end delivery across Settlements, Accounting and Confirmation domains. The role requires 14+ years of BA experience in tech, strong post-trade knowledge, and proficiency with Agile, TDD/BDD, and AI-enabled productivity

Qualifications

• Minimum 14+ years as a Business Analyst in a technology team.
• Experience with Post Trade functions like Settlements, Accounting & Confirmation.
• Familiar with Agile software delivery and TDD/BDD frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between business users and tech team for delivery.
• Create BRD, requirements, traceability, test strategy and sign-off documents.
• Lead QA and manage end-to-end functional delivery.
• Identify and articulate issues/risks to management in a timely manner.

In this role you will be responsible for front-to-back Quality Assurance of the product/deliverables.
