Qualifications

• 13+ years of hands-on experience in technical and functional analysis, ideally in financial services.
• Experience in payments domain is must.
• Experience in Cash Management and liquidity management is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in reference data, payments, messaging protocols (SWIFT), and data governance.
• Product backlog management and experience with cloud or hybrid platforms.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence; capable with SQL and Python for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, refine and measure value realization using KPIs.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solution development.
• Define future releases and manage the business case for changes.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to support decisions and define MVPs.
• Write and maintain Epics, Features, and User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Create documentation including requirements, flows, and user guides; ensure accessibility.
• Use data querying/analytics to generate reports and actionable insights.
• Guide and support a small team with coaching and task coordination.

Your key responsibilities

Your role will include management and leadership responsibilities, such as:

• Owning and managing the product backlog, leading the refinement process and owning the value realisation and measurement for product goals through various metrics and KPIs
• Collaborating with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to gather requirement, drive development of the solution, managing dependencies across teams and value streams, and to help align teams against a common vision
• Ongoing management and analysis of the product in the marketplace, definition and development of future releases and manage the business case for change initiatives
• Conducting detailed data analysis to support decision‑making, validate requirements, troubleshoot issues, and define minimal viable products (MVP)
• Writing and maintaining high‑quality Epics, Features and User Stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria including facilitating and contributing to backlog grooming, sprint planning and other ceremonies
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, and user guides. Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
• Employing data querying and analytical techniques to support the understanding of data and creation of reports and actionable intelligence.
• Guiding and supporting a small team, providing coaching, feedback, and task coordination

Your skills and experience

• Over 13+ years of hands‑on experience in technical and functional analysis, ideally within financial services or banking
• Experience in payments domain is must
• Experience in Cash Management and liquidity management is mandatory
• Strong expertise in reference data (party, account), payments, messaging protocols (including SWIFT), and data governance
• Demonstrated excellence in product backlog management and experience working with cloud or hybrid platforms
• Strong working proficiency on tools like Jira, Confluence, Big-query, programming languages (including Python, SQL), for Cloud / Big Data environment
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, master/reference data management
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and technical teams
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and lead junior team members
• Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready solutions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with demonstrable ability to interface and converse at both junior and senior level and with both technical and non-IT staff
