Luxoft Germany in Chennai, India, seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to drive the build-out of a strategic cross-asset risk platform, SABRE, focusing on Trade Data Store. You will onboard new products, drive enhancements, plan timelines, and collaborate with users and developers to deliver value.

Role requires deep BA expertise in Financial Markets—FX, IR products—and strong communication. You will provide third-level support for trade replication issues and help shape front-office requirements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis, solution design and end-to-end delivery in the Financial Markets industry.
• Deep and strong experience in equities and fixed income, FX options, or IR products.
• Some technical background in analyzing or reviewing code changes would be preferable.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge and experience of Agile development practices.
• Ability to work proactively, independently and show initiative.
• Meticulous and up-to-date documentation of project artifacts, risks, and specs.
• Excellent communication and English presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage governance with technical development manager.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment with requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Document actions from workshops and assist with tracking deliverables.
• Prepare Gap Analysis, BRDs and Project Approval Requests.
• Work closely with SME experts to understand processes.
• Document and raise Risks and Issues to Product Owners, Business Owners and PM.
• Participate in project testing cycles and assist with test packs.
• Understand current systems and propose improvements.

The role sits in the Trade Management team focusing on the build out of the in-house strategic cross asset risk platform: SABRE which is the bank's strategic platform for trade processing, valuation and market. It consists in designing and delivering solutions to the users of this platform with an initial focus onboarding new products, driving enhancement solutions, planning project timelines and working with multiple stakeholders such as users and developers to achieve desired outcome.As the main focus of the role is on the Trade Data Store (TDS2), experience in trade booking, lifecycling and how a trade prices using static or market data is preferable. This would also require basic understanding of the financial products booked in the trades, with emphasis on FX (swaps, forwards, NDFs, etc) and IR products (eg. Repo and bonds). The role will be required to provide third-level business support for issues in trade replication, and also project enhancements for Front Office traders' requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development manager

SKILLS

Must have

• 12+ years of experience with business analysis, solution design and end-to-end delivery in the Financial Markets industry
• Must have deep & strong experience in any one of below (mandatory):- Equities and Fix Income- Commodities - especially Precious & Base Metals- FX Options - expert in FXO strategies and Structures
• Some technical background in analyzing or reviewing code changes would be preferable
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge and experience of Agile development practices
• Ability to work proactively, independently and displays strong initiative.
• Meticulous and upkeep documentation of project artifacts, discussions, risks, functional specifications
• Strong communication and presentation skills with an excellent standard of English are a must.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or PMP a plus.
• Knowledge and previous experience of large-scale financial markets technology platforms a plus.
• Experience in Trade Surveillance, Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)
