Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a motivated Delivery Manager with deep FM Asset Class expertise for a critical Trade Surveillance project using Q KDB and Python / PySpark. You will lead a 30+ person team of developers and automation engineers, aligning stakeholders and governance while driving delivery quality.

The role requires 10+ years in delivery or analysis within financial markets, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as Delivery Manager or Lead Business Analyst.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in FM Asset Class and Trade Life Cycle.
• Some technical background in analyzing or reviewing code changes.
• Strong people and stakeholder management experience.
• Past experience managing a team of 30+ developers, BAs and automation engineers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders from multiple project teams to agree timelines and funding.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment with requirements, deadlines and schedules.
• Document actions from workshops and track deliverables.
• Prepare Gap Analysis, BRDs and Project Approval Requests.
• Work with SMEs to understand business processes.
• Document and raise Risks and Issues to Product Owners, Business Owners and Program Management.
• Take part in project testing cycles and assist with the preparation of test packs.
• Understand current systems and processes and propose improvements.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.
• Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers.
• Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan.
• RAID management of project.
• Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities) for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python / Pyspark

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development manager
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Document Actions from the workshops and assist with the tracking of the deliverables.
• Prepare Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Documents and Project Approval Requests
• Work closely with SME experts in various areas of the business gaining an understanding of their processes.
• Document and raise any Risks and Issues to the Product Owners, Business owners and Program Management.
