Job summary

You will own requirements, write epics, create visual mocks, and collaborate with design and dev teams to deliver AI-enabled business improvements.

Job Description

• Conduct requirement and gap analysis to identify business needs and technical solutions.
• Write epics and user stories independently, ensuring clear and concise documentation.
• Create mockups using tools like Balsamiq to visualize requirements and solutions.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage client and stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project governance, planning, execution, and management, including capacity planning and status reporting.
• Implement delivery excellence practices, including knowledge management, SoP documentation, and process improvement.
• Mentor and manage team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
