Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in India seeks a Lead Business Analyst for Accounts Payable IT initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into detailed requirements, user stories, and process designs.

You will drive workshops, collaborate with architects, developers, and QA, and support testing, UAT, and change management to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in Commerce, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• MBA or MSc/MBA in Business Analytics preferred.
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification is a plus.
• English proficiency (Advanced).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Elicit, document, and validate detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA to align solutions with needs.
• Document integration and data model requirements with the integration team.
• Support wireframes, mockups, and prototypes of business processes and system interactions.
• Maintain requirements traceability across the project lifecycle.
• Assist in testing activities including test case development and UAT.
• Analyze as-is and to-be business processes and support change management.

Accounts Payable IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Elicit, document, and validate detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and joint application design (JAD) sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Work with integration team to document integration, data model requirement
• Support creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize business processes and system interactions.
• Manage and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in testing activities — developing test cases, performing UAT, and validating system functionality.
• Analyze and document current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) business processes.
• Contribute to change management, training, and post-implementation support activities.
