Stryker Corporation seeks an analytics leader to bridge Endoscopy Supply Chain needs with Analytics & Engineering. You will design scalable reporting and dashboards, champion enterprise analytics, and advance digital solutions using Power BI, Fabric, and the Power Platform.

Lead governance, data quality, and security while driving adoption across divisions; collaborate with data engineering to modernize analytics platforms and deliver business value through analytics-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with deep analytics exposure.
• 7+ years in Business Analytics or BI within supply chain or operations.

What You Will Do:

Serve as the strategic bridge between Endoscopy Supply Chain teams and the Analytics & Engineering organization, transforming business needs into scalable data and technology solutions. Partner with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operations leaders to identify opportunities for analytics-driven business improvements. Lead the design, development, and adoption of enterprise reporting, advanced analytics, and digital solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and the Power Platform. Define and execute the analytics roadmap by consolidating reporting assets, semantic models, datasets, and workspaces into a scalable enterprise ecosystem. Deliver executive-level insights through intuitive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics that enable data-driven decision‑making. Drive Power BI governance, data quality, security standards, performance optimization, and reporting adoption across multiple business divisions. Design and implement Power Apps and Power Automate solutions that streamline processes, automate manual work, and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with Data Engineering and Architecture teams to modernize analytics platforms leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and enterprise data solutions.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Operations Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional analytics initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, root cause analysis, business case development, and solution design workshops.
• Manage multiple analytics and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, measurable business value, and continuous process improvement across the supply chain organization.

Remote

Work Flexibility Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

Field-based

Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

Onsite

Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

Hybrid

Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co‑located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
