Job summary

GSPANN Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Boomi Integration Lead to shape enterprise integration strategy on the Boomi platform. You will mentor engineers and oversee API development and deployment automation across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid landscapes.

You will design scalable, secure integration solutions, manage CI/CD pipelines, and drive governance for deployment, monitoring, and incident response while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

GSPANN is hiring a Boomi Integration Lead to drive enterprise integration strategy on the Boomi platform, mentoring engineers while overseeing API development and deployment automation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade integration solutions on the Boomi Atmosphere Platform.
• Lead end-to-end integration initiatives across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid ecosystems.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain APIs, web services, event-driven integrations, and real-time data exchange mechanisms.
• Design and promote reusable integration frameworks, shared components, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust integration solutions.
• Optimize integration solution performance by troubleshooting complex issues and performing root-cause analysis.
• Implement and support Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, deployment automation, release management, and environment governance for integration services.
• Drive technical leadership and mentorship for junior developers across integration workstreams.

Skills and Experience

• Hold a Boomi Professional Developer or Professional Architect certification, or another relevant Boomi certification, which is an advantage.
• Bring 8+ years of overall experience in integration and middleware technologies.
• Demonstrate proven experience leading integration teams or workstreams; prior lead-level experience is mandatory for this role.
• Apply strong hands-on experience with the Boomi Platform, including process design, API management, event-based integrations, and deployment management.
• Work with Boomi connectors such as API/HTTP, SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), database, Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise application connectors.
• Apply a strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, and data transformation patterns.
• Manage integrations across enterprise applications, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Order Management System (OMS), eCommerce, and third-party platforms.
• Utilize hands-on experience with monitoring, error handling, logging, and production support processes.
• Demonstrate strong experience in Boomi EDI integrations, including X12, EDIFACT, AS2, and Trading Partner Management, which is an advantage.
• Bring experience in Retail, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or OMS ecosystems, which is an advantage.
• Apply exposure to Development and Operations (DevOps) practices and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, which is an advantage.
• Bring prior experience in large-scale enterprise integration modernization programs, which is an advantage.
• Manage integration migrations between middleware platforms, which is an advantage.
• Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities, which is an advantage.
