Job summary

WeWork India is seeking an Architect - Senior Associate BIM Modeler to lead front-end design documentation and coordination for standard, custom, and managed WeWork locations in India. You will collaborate with engineering, construction, design, logistics, operations and development teams, interfacing with external consultants as needed.

The role requires strong Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD and Navisworks skills, knowledge of LODs up to 400, and experience in workplace or commercial projects.

Qualifications

• B.Arch from a reputed institute.
• 2-4 years professional design architecture and interior design modelling experience in high quality workplace or commercial or hospitality projects.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360.

Responsibilities

• Technical expertise in software tools such as Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.
• Ensure all dwgs and As-built sets are categorized and saved in Autodesk/Procore.
• Model with Revit and coordinate services across disciplines.
• Produce C&I BOQ and Revit quantity take-offs.
• Navisworks clash detection and resolution; coordinate clashes.
• Understand different LODs and model up to LOD 400 minimum.
• Read drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections).
• Create and work on custom Revit families where applicable.
• Collaborate using BIM 360 and Bluebeam for coordination.
• Coordinate Navisworks and BIM documentation (modeling, clash detection, drawings).
• Design knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting.
• Manage project work including modeling and detailing.
• Adhere to QA procedures and BIM strategies.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for responsibility, design freedom, and the hunger to create amazing spaces and revolutionize the denition of workspace. The role includes designing both standard, custom and managed WeWork locations. We are searching for an Architect - Senior Associate BIM Modeler who will be front ending all phases of the design documentation and coordination from package design A and B to construction administration. In this role you will be collaborating with engineering, construction, design, logistics, operations and development teams as well as other

inter-departmental groups. Externally, you could interface with contracted consultants (PM, PMC, and GCs).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Technical expertise in Software Tools-Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.
• To ensure all stages of dwgs including GFC set to As-built are properly categorized and saved on Autodesk/Procore (in collaboration with the PMC, Cost controller & T&C representatives at site.)
• Procient in Revit modeling and Coordination of services.
• Must have working knowledge of preparation of C&I BOQ and Revit qty. take-offs
• Navisworks Clash Detection, Resolving the clashes and Coordination.
• Knowledge of different LODs.
• Ability to model with LOD (Level of Detail) 400 minimum
• Knowledge of Reading Drawings (Floor Plans, Elevations, sections)
• Able to create and work on Custom Revit families where applicable.
• Well versed with collaboration tools like BIM 360 and Bluebeam.
• Navisworks Coordination and BIM documentation (Modelling, Clash Detection & Drawings Creation)
• Design Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Manage project work- modeling and detailing.
• Ensuring the relevant QA procedures are followed.
• Design, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high quality projects, by collaborating with all internal and external teams
• Ensuring that the desired levels of quality and accuracy are maintained uniformly across team deliverables.
• Open to site visits across India

Education and Desired Qualications

• B.Arch from a reputed institute
• 2-4 years professional design architecture and interior design modelling experience in high quality workplace or commercial or hospitality projects.
• Procient in the following programs: Revit,AutoCAD, all things Google, Exposure to BIM 360.
• Manage project work- modeling and detailing.
• Ensuring the relevant QA/QC procedures and BIM strategies are followed
• Signicant exposure to multi-disciplinary project environment and Architectural co-ordination, will be preferred
• Should have good visualization skills, along with an ability to work on projects of complex nature
