Thales Group in Bangalore seeks a Lead Avionics Systems Engineer to drive display, navigation, and graphics systems across civil and defence sectors. You will own system architecture, requirements development, and verification through certification, impacting our critical aerospace solutions.

Required 8–15 years in avionics, with deep expertise in HMI/UI for PFD/ND/MFD, ARINC protocols, DO-178C/DO-254, and ARP4761 safety processes. This is a senior, on-site role in Bengaluru.

design and development for **Primary Flight Display (PFD), Navigation Display (ND), MAP functionality, and Flight Management Systems (FMS)**.* Good knowledge of **SAE ARP4754A** (System Development) and **SAE ARP4761** (Safety Assessment Process).* Experience with **TSO/ETSO**, **MOPS**, and compliance/certification requirements.* Hands-on experience with **system integration benches**, hardware/software integration, and troubleshooting.* Proficient in **Requirements Management**, **System Architecture**, **Configuration Management**, and **Change Control**.* Extensive experience in **System Integration**, **Integration Verification & Validation (IV&V)**, and system-level testing.* Working knowledge of avionics communication protocols including **ARINC 429, ARINC 453, and ARINC with the ARP4761 process and methodology.* Understanding of Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Failure Modes, Effects and Cause Analysis (FMECA), and Safety Assessment Reports (SAR) in accordance with
