Job summary

Myntra is seeking a Lead Associate for MGPP Control Tower Operations in Bengaluru. You will own end-to-end vendor operations, catalog listing activities, and partner platform initiatives to ensure smooth order flow, timely catalog go-lives, and minimal breaches.

Responsibilities include vendor onboarding, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to unblock catalog builds, with a focus on proactive risk management and continuous process improvements.

• Coordinate end-to-end catalog go-live activities with cross-functional teams; perform pre-go-live audits and track post-launch health.
• Maintain dashboards on vendor performance, catalog velocity, and breach trends; drive automation and SOP improvements.

Role Summary

The Lead Associate – MGPP Control tower Operations will own end-to-end vendor Operations & catalog , listing activities which includes Marketplace Growth & Partner Platform / Group Purchase Program. This role is central to ensuring smooth month-on-month order management flow , order breaches , order recoconciliations, catalog builds, proactive vendor management, and monitor tower control to minimize vendor breaches and SLA misses, while driving timely and error-free catalog go-lives.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management

• Own vendor onboarding, coordination, and day-to-day relationship management for assigned vendor tower(s)
• Track vendor performance against defined SLAs/KPIs and drive corrective action plans for underperformance
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor escalations, ensuring timely resolution
• Conduct periodic vendor reviews (weekly/monthly) to align on catalog pipeline, issues, and improvement areas

Catalog Building (Month-on-Month)

• Plan, execute, and monitor monthly catalog build targets across categories/vendors
• Ensure catalog inputs (images, content, pricing, attributes) meet quality and compliance standards before go-live
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, pricing, category, tech) to unblock dependencies impacting catalog volume
• Maintain trackers/dashboards for catalog build status, pendency, and aging

Tower Control & Breach Management

• Own tower-level control mechanisms to proactively identify risks of vendor SLA/TAT breaches
• Set up early-warning triggers and daily/weekly control checks to curtail breaches before they occur
• Perform root-cause analysis on breaches and implement preventive/corrective measures
• Publish breach/compliance reports to stakeholders and drive closure of open action items

Catalog Go-Live

• Coordinate end-to-end catalog go-live activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Conduct pre-go-live audits/QC checks to catch and resolve errors before publishing
• Manage go-live calendars and ensure alignment across vendor, tech, and business teams
• Track post-go-live catalog health and resolve any live-catalog issues quickly

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Maintain and publish operational dashboards/MIS on vendor performance, catalog velocity, and breach trends
• Identify process gaps and drive automation/SOP improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors
• Support audits and ensure adherence to defined operating processes and compliance norms

Required Skills & Competencies

Functional/Technical

• Strong understanding of catalog management and vendor operations in an e-commerce/marketplace environment
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards); SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience with catalog/PIM tools, vendor management systems, or internal ops platforms
• Ability to read and act on operational data/reports to identify risks and trends

Operational/Managerial

• Strong stakeholder management — able to manage vendors, internal teams, and leadership simultaneously
• High ownership mindset with ability to work under tight timelines and monthly targets
• Sharp problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills, especially around SLA/breach management
• Process orientation with attention to detail and quality control discipline

Behavioral

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for vendor and cross-functional coordination
• Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple vendor towers/categories
