Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an FP&A professional with 6-9 years of experience to join our Noida-based finance operations. You will drive FP&A processes, ensure accounting policy compliance, and collaborate with clients to support strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes governance, process improvement, and leveraging Power BI and Alteryx to deliver insights while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and audits.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of FP&A experience and IT finance background.
• In-depth knowledge of FP&A processes and accounting policies.
• Strong governance and control awareness; identify process gaps and recommend fixes.
• Power BI and Alteryx familiarity is preferred.
• Ability to partner with clients to drive strategic initiatives and manage stakeholders.
