Job summary

Alftek International, on behalf of a major US-based firm, seeks a Lead Architect in Bengaluru GCC to drive complex international architectural projects. You will lead BIM-based documentation, envelope systems, and technical coordination with global design teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in architectural design and strong QA/QC, with experience on large-scale commercial or institutional projects and a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Mandatory.
• Master's Degree (M.Arch) Preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Architectural Design and Technical Project Delivery.
• Experience delivering large-scale commercial or institutional building projects.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have worked on International Building Projects (US project experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of complex architectural projects.
• Define project delivery strategy and technical direction.
• Develop BIM-based architectural documentation from Design Development through Construction Administration.
• Lead building envelope systems and façade detailing.
• Establish QA/QC standards and ensure compliance across projects.

Role Summary
