The ideal candidate should have strong experience in application architecture, Java/J2EE, Azure technologies, API integrations, database solutions, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead application design, development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Manage and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on complex application systems and integrations.
• Drive best practices in software design, code quality, and development processes.
• Review technical solutions, architecture, and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with business teams, architects, vendors, and technology stakeholders.
• Support production issues, application stability, and continuous improvements.
• Manage resource planning, delivery timelines, and team performance.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software development with team leadership experience.
