Job summary

Eaton Technologies in Pune district seeks an experienced Lead Analyst to support Cost Out data management for commodity managers. You will collaborate with Supply Chain Finance and commodity managers, prepare reports, and enhance productivity and efficiency within Business Finance.

The role emphasizes data management, reporting, and basic finance knowledge, with hands-on work on Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel techniques. You will engage across multiple SCM systems and ERP interfaces.

Qualifications

• MBA in finance and BE in computers/data science
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Reporting
• Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office with data visualization skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidimensional analysis to showcase KPIs with on-time delivery
• Review and validate cost-out numbers submitted by commodity managers

Job description

What you ll do:

The incumbent will work with Supply Chain Finance Manager and commodity managers for Corporate to maintain, approve and review cost out details for groups. The principal role of the Lead Analyst is to provide direct support to commodity managers on Cost Out data management and tool. Incumbent will have to work closely on various requirement and share the analysis on various metrics to provide the detail summary. This position would be involved in preparing and publishing different types of reports and also will contribute towards enhancement of productivity and efficiency of Business Finance entity. The position primary require an understanding of Data Management, Reporting, and basic finance knowledge.

1. Co-ordinate and create the multidimensional Analysis to showcasing the key performance indicators with on time delivery.
2. Acknowledge customer related queries/request to his/her respective activity with consultation of TL and SME.
3. Review, validate and approve the cost out numbers submitted by commodity managers in the system and maintain the tracker for the same.
4. Supplier Price Increase tracking and Profit planning process management
5. Heavy co-ordination with commodity managers and Finance group on the recorded savings and detailed behind the same.
6. Manage stakeholder communications and drive business strategies.
7. Create data insight and able to share the story behind the data by investigating and recommending the action plan or control measures.
8. Advance excel techniques to develop the integrated solutions for Analysis and provide meaningful information.
9. Understanding the Oracle Planning system and utilizing the same for various reporting purpose
10. Data extraction and consolidation from multiple SCM systems tools for data analysis and reporting (i.e.Financial systems, Supplier Gateway, extracts/ interfaces with ERP-Shared Services centers, Oracle, and Enterprise Data Warehousing).
11. Drive the standardization of the process across Aerspace business and horizontal depployment to other businesses.
12. Power BI dashboard dashboard creation and deployment.
13. Generate productivity through automations and adoption of new technologies
14. PPV Impact Analysis and drivers summary hitting to PL items.

Qualifications:

MBA in finance, B.E in Computers/Data Science

Having 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Reporting

Skills:

MS Office Package (Excel, Word PPT) to create dynamics dashboards, Power BI Expertise

Excellent communicating skills with Customer Engagement Customer Focus, Drives for Results and ready to adopt changes
