Eaton in Pune, India is seeking a Lead Analyst - Finance to collaborate with Supply Chain Finance and commodity teams on cost-out initiatives. The role focuses on data management, reporting, and analytics to drive productivity and efficiency in Digital Finance.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in business reporting, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and experience with Oracle planning and ERP systems. This on-site position emphasizes data storytelling and process standardization.

Formación

• MBA in finance and BE with tech/data background.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Supply Chain Finance Manager and commodity managers to review cost out details.
• Provide direct support to commodity managers on CostOut data management and tool.
• Prepare and publish reports to enhance productivity and efficiency of Digital Finance.
• Understand Data Management, Reporting and basic finance knowledge.
• Coordinate and create multidimensional analysis to showcase KPI with on-time delivery.
• Review, validate and approve cost out numbers and maintain trackers.
• Power BI dashboard creation and deployment.
• Understand Oracle Planning system for reporting.
• Generate productivity through automations and new technologies.

• Work with Supply Chain Finance Manager and commodity managers for Corporate to maintain, approve and review cost out details for groups
• Provide direct support to commodity managers on CostOut data management and tool
• Will have to work closely on various requirement and share analysis on various metrics to provide detail summary
• Preparing and publishing different types of reports and also will contribute towards enhancement of productivity and efficiency of Digital Finance entity
• Understanding of Data Management, Reporting and basic finance knowledge
• Co-ordinate and create the multidimensional Analysis to showcasing the KPI with on time delivery
• Acknowledge customer related queries/request to his/her respective activity with consultation of TL and SME
• Review, validate and approve the cost out numbers submitted by commodity managers in the system and maintain the tracker for the same
• Supplier Price Increase tracking and Profit planning process management
• Heavy co-ordination with commodity managers and Finance group on the recorded savings and detailed behind the same
• Manage stakeholder communications and drive business strategies
• Create data insight and able to share the story behind the data by investigating and recommending the action plan or control measures
• Advance excel techniques to develop the integrated solutions for Analysis and provide meaningful information
• Understanding the Oracle Planning system and utilizing the same for various reporting purpose
• Generate productivity through automations and adoption of new technologies
• PPV Impact Analysis and drivers summary hitting to P&L items

Qualifications

Requirement:

• MBA in finance, B.E in Computers/Data Science or similar
• Having 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Reporting

Skills

• MS Office Package (Excel, Word & PPT) to create dynamics dashboards, Power BI Expertise
• Data extraction and consolidation from multiple SCM systems & tools for data analysis and reporting (i.e.Financial systems, Supplier Gateway, extracts/ interfaces with ERP-Shared Services centers, Oracle, and Enterprise Data Warehousing)
• Drive the standardization of the process across Aerspace business and horizontal depployment to other businesses
• Power BI dashboard creation and deployment
• Excellent communicating skills with Customer Engagement & Customer Focus, Drives for Results and ready to adopt changes
