ANZ in Bengaluru is seeking an Institutional Lead Research & Analysis Analyst to support Corporate Banking across Australia. You will conduct credit and financial analysis, prepare credit papers, and contribute to risk grading and portfolio monitoring. The role offers permanent, hybrid work and exposure to end-to-end credit lifecycle.
Applicants should have 3–6 years in credit analysis or related, CA/MBA/Finance masters, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.

This role sits within the Corporate Research & Analysis (R&A) Team, supporting Corporate Banking across Australia. The team works closely with a diverse portfolio of large Mid-Market Enterprise (MME) clients across multiple industry sectors and is responsible for the end-to-end management of client credit portfolios.
The R&A Analyst will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio through ongoing business and financial analysis, preparing industry sector reviews and credit memoranda, and supporting informed credit decision-making within acceptable risk parameters. The role provides exposure to the full relationship credit management lifecycle, including credit writing, risk grading, risk analysis, credit approval support, documentation, and portfolio monitoring.
