Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with hands-on experience building operating models for complex, multi-segment companies.
• Strong business models, capital structures, and valuation approaches.
• Solid grounding in capital markets, asset classes, and valuation methodologies, especially for insurers and financial institutions.
• Familiarity with investment banking, equity research, or financial research workflows.
• Strong command of nuanced accounting concepts relevant to Insurance and Financial Services (e.g., reserves, capital, regulatory ratios).
• Ability to clearly articulate forecasting logic and write high-quality financial commentary supporting model assumptions.
• Comfortable using GenAI tools for model analysis, validation, and productivity enhancement.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and upskill junior analysts on complex and specialized modeling topics.
