Job summary

IMI Norgren is seeking a Lead Analyst to enhance FP&A, analytics, and decision-support capabilities. You will lead data-driven reporting solutions, consolidating ERP data into standardized PowerBI dashboards for global visibility.

The role focuses on forecasting tools, automated dashboards, and collaboration across FP&A, Sales, Operations, and Data Engineering to drive business improvement in the Gas & Petrochemical vertical.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing in PowerBI including PowerQuery, DAX and report publishing.
• Proven experience in advanced SQL, PowerApps.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Experience working in a complex and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Global Backlog Reporting & Dashboard Development: Lead the development and automation of the global backlog sales dashboard using PowerBI.
• Forecasting & Performance Analytics: Support deployment and enhancement of booking forecast tool with FP&A, Sales, and Ops teams.
• Financial Reporting Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards for OPIR, SGA reporting, and other management reporting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Partnership: Align requirements with FP&A, Sales, Ops, PM, Commercial Sales Ops and Data Engineering.
• Training & Capability Building: Provide training, documentation, and user support to promote self-service reporting.
• Automation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and BI enhancements.

Responsibilities

GlobalBacklogReporting&DashboardDevelopment

• LeadthedevelopmentandautomationoftheGlobalBacklogSalesDashboardbyconsolidatingdataacrossmultipleERPsystemsanddeliveringastandardized,PowerBI-basedreportingsolutionthatprovidesasinglesourceoftruthforbacklogvisibilityacrossallG&Psites.

Forecasting&PerformanceAnalytics

• SupportthedeploymentandongoingenhancementoftheBookingForecastTool(BFT),partneringwithFP&A,Sales,andOperationsteamstodeliveraccuratebookingandsalesforecasts,standardizedforecastingmethodologies,andactionableperformanceinsights.

FinancialReportingAutomation

• Design,develop,andmaintainautomateddashboardsandreportingsolutionsforOperatingPerformanceReviews(OPR),SG&Areporting,andothermanagementreportingrequirements,reducingmanualeffortandimprovingreportingefficiency.

StakeholderCollaboration&BusinessPartnership

• WorkcloselywithFP&A,Sales,Operations,ProjectManagement,CommercialSalesOperationsandDataEngineeringteamtoalignrequirements,standardizeKPIs,andensuresuccessfuldeliveryandadoptionofreportingandforecastingsolutions.

Training&CapabilityBuilding
