Job summary

Simelabs in India seeks a Lead AI/ML Engineer with hands-on Generative AI and LLM experience to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems.

You will craft end-to-end GenAI architectures, implement scalable Python backends, and collaborate with product teams to deliver enterprise-ready GenAI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM development.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Solid Python engineering skills with microservices experience.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end GenAI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy LLM-powered applications (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral).
• Build conversational agents, copilots, and multi-agent workflows.
• Architect RAG pipelines, prompt strategies, and tool/function calling.
• Develop scalable Python backends (FastAPI, async APIs, vector db integrations).
• Deploy solutions on AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, Bedrock, SageMaker, CI/CD pipelines).
