Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks a Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead design and deployment of enterprise Gen AI solutions. You will build Gen AI and LLM-based systems, implement RAG pipelines, AI agents, prompt engineering, and knowledge systems, and integrate with enterprise apps.

You will mentor juniors, collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases, and ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions while staying hands-on with Python and ML frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and modern AI tooling.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP and Gen AI frameworks.
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and vector databases.

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AI/ML and LLM technologies. The role requires excellent communication, leadership skills, and deep coding expertise to build and deploy enterprise Gen AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
• Implement RAG pipelines, AI agents, prompt engineering, and knowledge systems
• Integrate Gen AI models with enterprise applications and workflows
• Lead technical design and mentor junior team members
• Work with stakeholders to identify and implement AI use cases
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions

Mandatory Skills

Technical:

• Strong coding in Python (mandatory)
• Experience with LLMs, NLP, Gen AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face)
• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow)
