Job summary

Birlasoft, a global leader in Cloud, AI, and Digital technologies, seeks an SAP Security & GRC Lead to design, implement, and audit security across SAP environments. You will work with ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, SCM, and Portal, ensuring compliant access controls and alignment with GRC processes.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, a completed degree in CS/IT or related field, and readiness to operate across multiple Indian locations including Pune and Bangalore.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP Security in ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, SCM, and Portal.
• Strong understanding of SAP GRC Access Control.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP authorization concepts for S/4 HANA.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and profiles to ensure secure access to the SAP system.
• Conduct regular system audits to detect deviations of established procedures, role mapping, unauthorized system activity, and report findings.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Provide technical support for SAP security-related issues and manage the resolution process.
