Job summary

Birlasoft, a global technology services company, is seeking an SAP Basis Consultant with 8+ years of experience for Noida/Pune/Chennai/Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad locations. The role covers SAP Basis administration, S/4HANA support, system provisioning, upgrades, BODS/SLT, and cloud integration in a 24x7 environment.

Candidates should have strong Linux skills and cloud architecture understanding, with excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset. Noida office preferred.

Qualifications

• SAP Basis Consultant with 8+ years’ experience.
• Experience in 24x7 operations and team player.
• Experience of SAP Refresh on HANA DB.
• Experience on SAP S4HANA support.
• Expertise in SAP system provisioning.
• Expertise in SAP Add-on upgrade, Support package upgrade.
• Experience with BODS, Data Services and SLT.
• Knowledge of Cloud connectors.
• Solution Manager basic configuration (SLD, LMDB, EWA, Managed system, monitoring).
• Knowledge of SAP HA/DR and backup/restore.
• Experience in public and private cloud administration.
• Expert knowledge in System Monitoring, performance, SAP software logistics, client copy, ABAP setup.
• Expert knowledge in Linux environment.
• Understanding of cloud architecture.
• Strong communication and self-starter attitude.
• Experience with Public cloud and certification is advantageous.
• Scripting knowledge (Shell, Perl) beneficial.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools for automation preferred.
